Zombie Couple Video is an independent AI video creation service at zombiecouplevideo.to.

Information we use

We store your account name, email, authentication records, payment order references, purchased credits, generation settings and job history to provide the service. Our payment processors, PayPal and Waffo Pancake, handle payment details; we do not store full card numbers.

Photos and generated videos

Upload only adult portraits with the permission of everyone shown. Photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and sent to Kie through time-limited links to generate the two video segments. The generated segments and our AI-generated music asset are sent to fal for assembly into your completed video. Photo access expires after 24 hours, and stored uploads are scheduled for deletion through the storage lifecycle. Providers process these images and videos under their own policies. We do not publish your uploads in a public gallery.

Video results are served from temporary provider URLs. Download your completed videos promptly. A person who has a result link may be able to view the video; share links carefully.

Cookies and embedded content

Essential cookies support sign-in and language preferences. Referral information may be stored to understand how visitors reached the site. The homepage loads Instagram only after you choose to play the embedded original film; Instagram then applies its own cookies and privacy practices.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the service and database. Kie generates video segments and fal assembles them. PayPal and Waffo Pancake process payments. If transactional email is enabled, our email provider delivers account messages. Processing may occur outside your country.

Retention and requests

We retain account and order records while needed to operate your account, resolve payment disputes and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through support. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase records that must be retained for payment or legal obligations.
